What is Allied Health Sciences?

02 ahs hub overview training

Allied Health Sciences covers the technical and therapeutic roles that make modern healthcare work. While doctors diagnose and prescribe, allied health professionals run the lab tests, operate the imaging machines, assist in surgeries, provide nursing care, dispense medicines, and rehabilitate patients.

In Pakistan, the demand for qualified allied health professionals has grown sharply — public hospitals, private clinics, diagnostic centers, and overseas employers all need trained technicians who can step in from day one.

RCCS Rawalpindi has been delivering FBISE-affiliated intermediate education since 1989. Our Allied Health Sciences wing extends that legacy into the healthcare sector, giving Matric-pass students a direct, 2-year pathway into a respected, employable profession.
